At Disabled Student Support, we offer executive coaching designed explicitly for neurodivergent leaders navigating the challenges of corporate environments.
Our coaching focuses on building self-awareness, managing emotions, and improving communication. We provide a supportive space for leaders to explore their strengths and develop strategies to manage stress, communicate assertively, and thrive in social interactions. We aim to help neurodivergent executives succeed while staying true to themselves in their professional roles.
Our Coaching Approach
Our coaching program includes one-on-one and group coaching, leadership development workshops, and an online neurodiversity screening tool. This comprehensive approach helps leaders understand their unique cognitive profiles and how to harness their strengths. We aim to foster a culture of inclusion, boost talent retention, and empower neurodivergent leaders to drive organisational success.
Neurodiversity Screening Tool
Executive Coaching for Neurodivergent Leaders
Our web-based neurodiversity screening tool assesses key strengths and challenges across various cognitive areas. It examines traits linked to Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Conditions, Dyspraxia, and Dyscalculia, as well as social and communication skills. This tool helps leaders understand their unique cognitive profile and how it influences their leadership style. The screening is an online assessment that takes about 45 minutes, followed by a detailed report and a one-hour session to discuss the results and plan for development.

Individual Coaching
Our individual coaching packages range from 4 to 12 sessions, depending on your needs. We begin with a two-hour deep-dive session to plan your development, followed by 60-minute sessions every 2 to 6 weeks. We can also coordinate with your line manager or HR team to ensure alignment on your leadership goals.
Group Coaching
Our group coaching sessions bring together neurodivergent leaders to share experiences and learn from each other. This peer support network provides a collaborative environment where leaders can exchange ideas, build connections, and refine their leadership skills. Each cohort consists of up to six participants matched by seniority, with six monthly two-hour online sessions led by an expert coach.

Leadership Development Workshops
Our leadership programs are designed to accelerate the growth of neurodivergent leaders by combining interactive workshops, individual coaching, and peer coaching. These programs last 6 to 12 months, including three-hour workshops focusing on specific leadership topics, small-group peer coaching, and personalised development planning sessions. Each cohort includes up to 18 leaders.
